After a much too long break I am back. I would like to tell you that I was on exotic adventures or something else equally fantastic but that’s not the case. No, just plain old life has kept me from sharing all the pretty I have been working on. So I’m recommitting to stop by here more often and share a small sampling of the amazingly wonderful couples I get to work with. I may be biased but I really do think I have the best couples around.
Stephanie and Seth scheduled their engagement session for February. It was unseasonably warm and the perfect way to start my engagement season. The old brick and wrought iron of Trolley Square was the perfect backdrop and compliment to Stephanie and Seth’s color palate. One of my favorite things about engagement sessions is getting to know my couples. There is an ease and comfort that develops when you aren’t in your wedding best afraid of ruining your dress before the big day. It’s a time to be goofy and silly and really let your personalities shine. Engagement sessions also allow us to get to know each other a build trust. Trust is the biggest thing you need to create beautiful images that reflect who you are. I loved at the end of Stephanie & Seth’s session they whipped out the Ray Bans for a little fun.
